Kharanaq Shah Abbasi Caravanserai

Kharanaq Shah Abbasi Caravanserai which is located in the Old City of Kharanaq is one of the 999 Shah Abbasi Caravanserais built in Iran which were built on the Silk Road around 400 years ago.
Kharanaq Shah Abbasi Caravanserai belonged to the government; however, in 2004 it was restored as a traditional accommodation for the visitors who wish to stay a night in a historical caravanserai and experience a night living as merchants staying here four century ago.
There is a water well in front of the caravanserai gate which used to supply the water needed for the caravanserai from Kharanaq Qanat which is 1850 years Old. 
The big courtyard of the caravanserai is surrounded with historical domed rooms which are a few stairs up. The rooms are equipped with beds and accommodational facilities which create a comforting place for stay.
Kharanaq Caravanserai has 15 rooms which can host 37 guests. It also has some shared toilets and bathrooms.
Other spaces in the caravanserai include a praying rooms, a traditional tea house, open greenery and a private parking lot. While staying in the caravansary, you can enjoy the breakfast, room service, modern air conditioning system, etc.
Kharanaq Caravansary is near the historical city of Kharanaq which dates back to more than one thousand years ago. It is also close to other tourist sites such as Chak Chak Zoroastrian Shrine and Rig-e Zarrin Desert Camp.
