About Tayebi House of Yazd
Tayebi House of Yazd , dating back to the Qajar period, is considered as one of the most beautiful houses in Yazd because of its architectural style, old age and plaster moldings.
This house with the area of 950 square meters consists of two central courtyards, three-door rooms (sedari ), a noble residency, and a basement. Tayebi House is made of gypsum, mud and mortar, and its roof is in the form of Khonche poush (an architectural term meaning arched ceilings with decorative hanging moldings).
The building consists of two main courtyards, an orangery, a beautiful badgir ( wind tower ), a hall, a vestibule, a roof overlooking the historical context and is connected to the roof of other areas.
Taebi House is located in Lab-e Khandaq alley, Qiam Street, Yazd.

Today, with a change of usage, this house welcomes its iranian and foriegner guests under the name of Lab-e Khandaq Hotel.
