Itinerary

Tehran Arrival at IKA. You will be picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel. Depending on your arrival time, you can rest and take an excursion to the city on your own. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tehran.

Gorgan Leave Tehran to Golestan Province. En route, visit Veresk Bridge (a masonry arch bridge in northern Iran constructed before World War II). Have lunch and head to the beautiful Alangdareh Forest Park. Go to Forest of Nahar Khoran where you can enjoy its clean air far from the city center. Finish today excursion with a visit to Ziarat Village and overnight stay at the hotel in Gorgan.

Gonbad Kavus Drive to Gonbad Kavus to visit Gonbad-e Qabus Tower (the tallest brick tower in the world & a UNESCO World Heritage Site). Then go to visit the ancient city of Gonbad Kavus with the history of 6000 years. Have lunch and pay a visit to Na'lbandan Bazaar (a crowded and noisy bazaar with very tasty and varied foods and vegetables). Overnight stay at the hotel in Gorgan.

Bandar Torkaman Head to Bandar Torkaman where you can visit Ashuradeh Island (the greatest Iranian island in Caspian Sea). Have lunch and visit local Bazaars as well as Kaboudwal Waterfall to enjoy the beauty of nature of the region while experiencing the local life of the locals. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gorgan.

Mazandaran Province, Filband Say good bye to Golestan Province and head to Mazandaran. Drive for some hours and after having lunch, go to visit the village of Filband (with its pure nature and being famous for over the cloud sunset views). Live the nature in Filband. Overnight stay at the hotel in Namakabrud.

Namakabrud Visit the village of Namakabrud and have a great time using the village recreational centers. Namakabrud is a natural site that attracts many visitors who can enjoy the nature as well as recreational facilities provided there. Have lunch in a restaurant in Namakabrud and go to visit Dalkhani Jungle to get lost in the fresh air and lovely atmosphere of the Jungle. In the evening, head to Bandar-e Anzali. Fuman Visit Anzali Lagoon (a coastal liman in the Caspian Sea). Having had lunch, drive to Olsablangah Village of Masal to visit this beautiful masterpiece of nature. Overnight stay at the hotel in Fuman.

Masouleh In the morning, drive to the village of Lakan to visit Saqalaksar Lake, a lake in the middle of forest. Have lunch and head to Masouleh (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and visit the beautiful nature of this stairs village with its unique architecture and interconnected buildings. Overnight stay at the hotel in Fuman.

Fuman Visit Rudkhan Castle (the largest brick castle in Iran dating back to Sasanian era). Have lunch and head to Zanjan. Overnight stay at the hotel in Zanjan.

Zanjan Zanjan is a unique city in the case that it enjoys both historical and natural sights. Go to visit Gavazang Dam to enjoy the natural beauties of the region. Then let’s visit historical sites such as Laundry Museum, Saltmen Museum, Ali Qapu Mansion, Zanjan Bazaar, and Sardar Bridge of Zanjan to feel the history of the city. Have lunch and head to Qazvin, overnight stay at the hotel in Qazvin. (178 Km - 2 hours)

Qazvin In the morning, go to visit Jameh Mosque of Qazvin (one of the oldest mosques in Iran), Chehel Sotoun Palace (one of the important monuments of Safavid period), Qajar Bathhouse (dating back to Safavid era) and Caravanserai of Sa'd al-Saltaneh (one of Persia's best preserved urban caravanserais). Take a rest and have lunch. After having lunch, do an excursion to Imamzadeh Shahzadeh Hossein, Aminiha Hosseiniyeh, and then Sepah Street (the first street built in Iran). Finish your tour with a visit to Aali Qapu Gate (the oldest gates in Qazvin). Farewell to Qazvin and head to Tehran. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tehran. (154 Kkm- 2 hours)

Tehran Start your morning with a city in the capital of Iran, Tehran. Go to visit Golestan Palace Complex (UNESCO World Heritage Site) that homes some other historical sites such as Shamsol Emareh, Salam Hall, Wind Tower Mansion and etc. Having visited these attractions, head to National Garden and pass through Toopkhaneh Square, enter National Museum of Iran and observe historical treasures. Have lunch and in the afternoon, The National Jewelry Treasury Museum, Abgineh Museum and Milad Tower are the next sights to visit. Overnight stay at the hotel in Tehran.

IKA Today is the last day in Iran. Wander in the streets of the capital city and get ready to go to IKA to say good bye to Iran and say hello to home.
