Yazd Walking Tour
The tour starts at Alexander’s Prison which is said to be the oldest monument in Yazd.
Walk for some minutes and you get to the Art House which is a traditional house with a friendly café on the rooftop having a view to the whole old city.
Having taken photos and rested for some time, start to walk the magnificent Masjed-e Jameh with its lofty minarets.
Continue walking in the old city, visiting traditional bazaars, handicraft stores and workshops to get to the Amir Chakhmaq Complex where Yazd is known by.
Having visited this great historical structure, finish your tour by paying a visit to Water Museum where you can learn a lot about the water supply methods used in the past in Yazd desert cities and surrounding areas.
