This house was habituated before 1978 and after several years of abandonment, it was restored and opened as a historical hotel in 2003. The 3-star Hotel Laleh has 2 floors, 2 badgirs and 2 entrances. The first entrance opens into inner courtyard and leads to the Narenjestan yard. This courtyard is very beautiful and comfortable with a polygon pond adorned with clay jars and sour orange trees. This courtyard is also used as the coffee shop's area using artificial light and light music that entertains the guests.
The second entrance of Hotel Laleh Yazd ends in a grand and magnificent rectangular courtyard which has two gardens full of pruned box and pine trees and a large blue pond along with wooden doors located between the corridors.
